P5 went to visit Springhill on Thursday 11th June. We spent the morning learning what it would have been like to live in 'The Big House' over 100 years ago. Miss Paula and Miss Sarah showed us the costumes and gave us a tour of the house. We really enjoyed it when Mrs Wollop got very cross with Miss Boyd, Mrs Stewart and Mrs Crooks in the school room- they each got '6 of the best'! As it was such a lovely day we even had time to explore the grounds and go to the play park. It was a really enjoyable day!
